  1. ½ purple sweet potato, steamed or roasted*
  2. 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  3. 1/2 cup almond milk
  4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days
  3. *steam sweet potato in microwave for 4 minutes or roast at 400F 1 hr
